As part of our commitment to making our company truly inclusive, we require all of our managers to complete our Inclusion Training for Managers course. This ensures that every one of our leaders is clear about their responsibilities and how to lead a diverse and inclusive team.
We want everyone to work in a healthy and safe environment, so we make sure that you are kept fully up to date with the rules and requirements within your job role. Most health & safety learning is carried out locally in the country where you are employed so that you get very accurate and specific training for your own country.
